FULTON - Several members of Itawamba Community College’s Phi Beta Lambda chapter have placed in state competition.

They include Lena Chewe of Pontotoc, third place, and Linda Deas of Shannon, fourth place, in Client Service; Corie Holt of Belmont and Leanna Bailey of Houlka, second place, Desktop Publishing; Jan Chism of Myrtle, second place, Information Management; Eutica Nave of Tupelo, fourth place, Justice Administration; Crystal Horrell of Baldwyn, third place, Management Concepts; Lena Chewe, third place, Project Management; and Corie Holt, first place, and Jamie Sutherland of Vardaman, second place, Word Processing.

The 2009 PBL state conference was at the ICC Tupelo campus. The top two winners in each event are eligible to compete this summer in Anaheim, Calif.
