n Drawing for a catered dinner for six at Bridges-Hall Manor will be held on the evening of Relay. A donation of $10.00 will make you eligible for this special gift. You do not have to be present to win. Please see a member of HIS Team from First United Methodist Church or call Betty Brown at 567-2669 for more information.

n Chickasaw Graphics will "paint the town purple" by selling purple ribbons to businesses and home owners. Ribbons are $10 and may be purchased from any team member.

n Luminaries may be purchased at any time in honor or in memory of a loved one. Contact Linda Hicks at 456-3411.

n Luminaries and memorials in honor of Tommy Griffin for HIS team may be purchased from Shirley Hardin, 2376 Hwy. 8 East, Houston, MS 38851.

March 28

n Chickasaw Chicks will hold a cookout at Wal-mart from 8 a.m. until with hamburger, hotdogs and trimmings. Baked goods will also be available.

March 29

n Faith Outreach Church will hold a gospel singing at the church beginning at 6 p.m.

April 2-4

n Three-day yard sale will be held at FUMC Family Life Center in Houston, sponsored by HIS team. All are invited.

April 4

n HIS Team will sponsor a barbecue dinner Fellowship Baptist Church, Enon Road, Saturday evening April 4. Whole Boston Butts will also be available, and must be ordered ahead of time at a cost of $25.00 each. More info: contact Shirley Hardin at 456-4415 or Bro. Bobby Brock at 456-4372.

April 5

n First United Methodist Church, in support of HIS team, will hold a bake sale on Saturday, April 5 at the FUMC Family Life Center beginning at 10 a.m.

April 10

n Bake Sale sponsored by First Baptist Church of Okolona will be held April 10 in front of the Bank of Okolona. Come by for your Easter desserts and goodies.

April 11-12

n Regions Bank will sponsor a memory making photo session on April 11-12. Packages include an 8x10 family portrait for 9.95 with frame and mat. Treasures in the Attic will feature children's photography with an old-fashioned appeal and includes two 8x10, four 5x7 and 16 wallets. Packages must be pre-ordered from any Regions team member. Photos will be made in the old Factory Connection building on the square.

April 18

n Regions Bank team will hold a bake sale and cookout at Wal-Mart beginning at 10 a.m.

n Faith Outreach Church will sponsor a beauty review. Time/place TBA.

n HIS Team will sponsor a potluck lunch at Macedonia United Methodist Church at noon on Sunday, April 19, with donated proceeds going to Relay. The public is invited.

April 25

n BBQ and gospel sing at Fellowship Baptist Church will be held April 25 sponsored by HIS team.

May 2

n All-day baseball tourney sponsored by the Chickasaw Chicks will be held in the youth park in Houston.

May 9

n HIS team will sponsor a two-man golf scramble at the Houston Country Club in honor of the late Tommy Griffin. $50 entry fee per team includes lunch at 11 a.m. and tee-off time will be at 1 p.m. Food, fun and fellowship for all.
