HOUSTON - On Friday, November 21, we had church services from Parkway Baptist Church. The speaker today was Larry Wright and his wife Elaine. We all enjoyed the preaching and singing. There were 14 present.

On Saturday, November 22, we had our crochet class. We all had a good time. Everybody likes to learn. We had Zion Baptist Church from Houston. The pastor today is Albert Cockrell. Piano player is Mrs. Homes. After church we played bingo. Winners were Obria Holiday, Mary Ewens, Pearline Pressley, Christine Eaton, Glenda Nichols, and Grace Moore.

On Sunday, November 23, we had church services from Fellowship Baptist Church. Pastor was Bobby Brock, piano player was Mr. Allen Ricky, and song leader was Mrs. Hortense Allen. There were 24 present.

On Monday, November 24, we had bingo. We always have a good time. We really enjoy it and the refreshments. They are always good. 29 were present. Bingo helpers were Thelma Allen, Nelda Moore, Ruth Gann, Jo Ellen Free, Nellie Reynolds, and Glenda Scarbrough. Winners were Pearl Moore, Mrs. Hodnett, Corinne Moore, Loudean Martin, Mary Evans, and Mrs. Garner.

We want to thank Hope Tucker and all the staff and our families for all the food and for coming out and celebrating Thanksgiving supper with us. We all had a good Thanksgiving. Thanks to Mr. Danny Alford. Everybody at Floy Dyer wants to thank everyone, also.
